Not a hokie, but Fontel Mines from UVA has bulked up and became a TE. He was one of the top players in Bears minicamp after going undrafted. The coaches have nothing but rave reviews for the kid and is easily someone thats going to make their team now.
Their are some that end up on the team, but hey, the practice squad ain't a bad job, The real team ussually doesn't go "full contact" that much, and the practice team makes good money too...I remember one time Teddy Gaines came to a DB football game right after the Patriots won a superbowl, he was showing off his ring, and he was just on the practice team...

My guess is that Leeson will make a team because their isn't many players out there that are crazy enough to be a long snapper in the NFL, and he is great at it. Also Pace is a very consistent kicker but doesn't have 50+ range somebody will like grab him up.
